Investor Service

End-to-end facilitation and dedicated relationship management supporting investors through site selection, legal registration, operational onboarding, and long-term business growth.

Sidama IPDC's Investor Services unit serves as the primary gateway and ongoing support partner for local and foreign investors seeking business opportunities within Sidama Region’s industrial parks and Rural Transformation Centers (RTCs). We offer comprehensive assistance throughout the entire investment lifecycle from initial market inquiry and incentive guidance to official company formation, project site allocation, labor recruitment support, and operational troubleshooting. Our goal is to minimize administrative friction, protect investor interests, and ensure a smooth, profitable establishment in Ethiopia’s growing agro-industrial sector.

How It Works

  1. Submit investment inquiry and project proposal to the SIPDC Investor Relations team.
  2. Receive orientation on available park sites, fiscal incentives, and investment modalities.
  3. Finalize investment agreement and obtain project clearance from regional authorities.
  4. Complete business registration, work permit, and initial licensing through our coordinated services.
  5. Receive ongoing operational support, expansion advice, and dedicated aftercare management.
